. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department by coordinating client requirements, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in daily operations, client coordination, and proposal preparation
Handle incoming inquiries, follow up with clients, and maintain customer databases
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and relevant documentation
Coordinate between clients, sales executives, and management for project update
Support marketing and promotional campaigns where required
Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions
Ensure timely communication and professional client service
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in media, advertising, or publishing industry preferred
Must be
currently based in Dubai
