Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator with a Mechanical Engineering background to support our sales operations. This role acts as a vital link between our technical, production, and sales teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical proposals, product selections, and commercial quotations for HVAC equipment and systems. Support the sales team with technical data, product specifications, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, design, production) to align customer requirements with Finpower offerings. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate quotations and submittals. Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups on proposals and submissions.Maintain and organize documentation, CRM entries, and sales reports. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers during tendering and execution stages.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory). 2-5 years of experience in technical sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC or MEP industry. Sound knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD or HVAC selection software is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
