Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules. Communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, pricing, and delivery updates. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in company systems. Liaise with production and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing. Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing related to sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in a sales coordination or customer service role (preferably in construction, scaffolding, or aluminium industries). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and good organizational skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
