Sales Coordinator - Construction Equipment & Machinery Rental

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with minimum 2 years of experience in the construction equipment and machinery rental industry, including heavy and light machinery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations between the sales team and customers.

This position offers a base salary of 3000 + attractive commission, providing excellent growth potential for motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries for heavy and light machinery rental services and prepare accurate quotations.
Coordinate with clients, the operations team, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
Maintain and update client records, rental agreements, and schedules.
Support the sales team by generating leads and following up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor the availability of equipment and assist with inventory management.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and rental targets.

Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years of experience in construction equipment and machinery rental sales.

Strong knowledge of heavy and light machinery rental services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Valid driving license (Must).
