Sales Coordinator (Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary

The

Sales Coordinator

will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing client communication (especially Arabic-speaking clients), and ensuring the smooth flow of order processing and coordination. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience ( Freshers are encouraged to apply) in sales support roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector, and must be fluent in

Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide timely support on inquiries, quotations, and order status. Coordinate daily sales activities with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order execution. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Track order processing, delivery timelines, and customer feedback to ensure high client satisfaction. Assist the sales team in preparing monthly reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence. Translate product information, communications, or proposals as required between Arabic and English. Support sales representatives during exhibitions, meetings, or project coordination, as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in manufacturing, fiberglass, or construction materials.

Fluent in Arabic (required)

and proficient in English (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
