The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing essential documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal departments, and external partners. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to maintain customer satisfaction and assist the sales team in meeting targets.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and client coordination.
Prepare
quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
accurately and in a timely manner.
Process sales orders and ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and order tracking systems.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and coordinate issue resolution.
Liaise between sales, finance, logistics, and other departments for seamless operations.
Generate and share sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries with management.
Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and schedules for the sales team.
Follow up with clients on payments, order status, and after-sales support.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
