Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to contact Holiday Home owners, create awareness about SIRA-approved locks as per Dubai Tourism regulations, and promote our products. The role involves the full sales cycle-generating leads, sending quotations, following up, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Holiday Home owners to promote SIRA-approved locks.
Generate and qualify leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries.
Maintain accurate records using Excel and other tools.
Collaborate with the team and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to multitask.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven.
