Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in handling client requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of orders. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a strong technical background (Engineering degree or Diploma preferred).

Salary : 3000 - 5000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.

Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and client communications.

Handle client calls and emails professionally, ensuring quick and efficient responses.

Support in preparing sales reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or related field preferred).

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in ship chandling/ marine supplies

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
