HIOKI, a Japanese manufacturer of electrical measuring instruments located in Dubai Airport Free Zone, is looking for dynamic individuals to join the team.
Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator provides essential back-office and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and smooth customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in customer acquisition by conducting cold calls, identifying new prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities. Support the sales team in expanding the customer base and nurturing existing relationships. Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer support/service Strong verbal and written communication skills
