Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator - Furniture

with 3-5 years of experience in the furniture industry. The role involves coordinating between suppliers, clients, and internal teams to prepare accurate proposals and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare precise cost estimations for furniture projects using technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated pricing, lead times, and availability. Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to align proposals with client requirements and budgets. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of materials, pricing, and supplier details. Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations. Assist in tracking project progress, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the furniture industry (sales coordination, estimation, or similar role). Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and costing. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with strong attention to detail.
