Manage sales inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and contracts.
Monitor stock availability and assist in bulk deal negotiations.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
Ensure smooth customer experience and after-sales support.
Utilize
CRM systems
to manage leads, track opportunities, and follow up with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with
CRM systems
is essential. Examples include:

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
