Sales Coordinator
Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for the management of the entire sales order process. The role involves active communication with customers and coordination between the sales, logistics and finance departments to ensure order execution and customer satisfaction.
They will be required to respond to customer enquiries, promote our products and follow up on quotations. Monthly marketing campaigns and promotional efforts will need to be supported. They should also be able to resolve customer complaints, grievances and coordinate after sales support.
The post holder is responsible for the administration of the sales documentation including maintaining customer records. They will be required to ensure adherence to company policies in terms of purchase order procedures, pricing structures, promotional schemes and credit management.
Management reporting will be an important part of the responsibilities in a wider range of areas from monthly sales analysis, inventory management and reactivation of dormant customers.
The role requires organized individuals who are able to multi task and cope with dynamic environments. It can lead to career development in the field of Operations.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Computer Application Minimum 03 years of Experience with business-to-business sales and marketing. Experience with customer service and relationship management. Understanding of distribution and logistics operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong ICT literacy and aptitude. * Fluency in multiple languages.
