As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated In-House Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain and update client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Organize and support culinary events, tastings, and promotional activities.
Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for the culinary industry and a keen interest in food trends.
