We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills to support our sales team. The role involves follow-ups, client coordination, and assisting in various sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM or tracking systems.
Follow up on inquiries, pending quotations, and payments.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking targets.
Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and marketing activities.
Handle inbound calls/emails and provide prompt responses to customer queries.
Liaise with internal departments (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the sales team.
Requirements:
Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
