We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales and estimation team. The ideal candidate should have an
engineering background
and a strong administrative skill set to manage client inquiries, prepare documentation, and follow up on quotations and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries from clients (email, phone, portal).
Coordinate with the Estimation/Technical department for timely quotation preparation.
Prepare and format quotations, prequalification documents, and proposals.
Maintain and update sales tracking sheets and client databases.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations, approvals, and feedback.
Support the sales and business development team in daily administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, estimators, and internal departments.
Assist in preparing tender submissions and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing ).
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar sales coordination or technical admin role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of UAE construction/MEP industry is an advantage.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
