Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator

to join our

Chemical Bulk Terminal team

in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and prior experience in

customer coordination and logistics support

within the

chemical or terminal operations sector

. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth order handling, dispatch planning, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily with

customers

for order confirmation, documentation, delivery schedules, and feedback. Liaise with the

internal logistics, dispatch, and tank farm teams

to ensure timely execution of loading and delivery. Prepare, verify, and follow up on

sales orders, delivery notes, invoices

, and shipping documents using ERP/SAP systems. Handle

customer queries and complaints

efficiently and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate

sales records, customer databases

, and internal reports for tracking and follow-up. Assist the sales team with

quotations, sample coordination

, and commercial proposals as needed. Monitor product availability in tanks and assist in planning

bulk or packed solvent deliveries

accordingly. Coordinate with

freight forwarders, drivers, and clearing agents

as needed for local or export dispatches. Support the commercial team during

audits, internal meetings, and customer visits

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Business Administration, Chemistry, or Logistics

(preferred).

2-4 years of experience

in

sales coordination or customer service

, preferably in the

chemical or bulk liquid terminal industry

. Excellent communication skills in

English

(Tagalog or Hindi is a plus). Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

; experience with

ERP or SAP

is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams under pressure. Must be able to

multitask, prioritize work

, and manage tight schedules.

Currently based in the UAE

and

available to join immediately or within a short notice period

.

Preferred Profile:

Familiarity with

chemical products, especially solvents

. Experience handling

customer coordination in logistics-driven environments

. Team player with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
