Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow business in European and Western territories.
Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and generate quality leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Create tailored marketing campaigns aligned with cultural and market nuances.
Monitor competitor activity, trends, and market insights to adjust strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review.
Represent the company in international trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years
of relevant experience in sales and marketing targeting
European and/or Western markets
.
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C dynamics in those regions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
Multilingual skills (especially European languages) are a strong advantage.
Previous experience in Sales Industry preferable=y in e-commerce and web development
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
