Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic
Sales Coordinator
who is ready to take ownership of the entire sales cycle--from cold calling to closing deals and attending client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Actively generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
Set appointments and meet with clients to understand their real estate and financial goals.
Present and sell company services, including real estate properties and financial products (insurance, investments, etc.).
Follow up on prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Assist with negotiations, documentation, and closing of sales.
Attend site visits and financial consultations as needed.
Work closely with internal teams for paperwork, client onboarding, and CRM updates.
Ensure weekly and monthly sales targets are met.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales reporting and follow-ups.
Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing front-desk operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. (

1-2 years of experience in direct sales (real estate or financial services preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face meetings.
Ability to adapt, multitask, and manage time independently.
