We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven

Sales Coordinator (Russian-speaking)

to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be knowledgeable about the company's products, software, rules and procedures

2. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

3. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

4. Manage and update customer records in ERP.

5. Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of customer interactions.

6. Ensure invoices are verified for accuracy against each Customer order. Help resolve account or payment issues

7. Initiate and process customers' inquiries

8. Create and manage customer files/contracts and all order processing

9. Receive, process and follow up on customers' orders

10. Collaborate with colleagues within the company in many different sectors like marketing, order processing, logistics, etc.

Qualifications strictly required:

1. Proficiency in Russian and English

2. Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator in the Automotive industry for at least 2 years

3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office

4. Diploma in any field

5. Fast learner

6. Polite, professional, and well-presented when dealing with customers.

7. Proficiency in ERP systems
