We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and handling documentation related to Letters of Credit (LCs).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international import and export shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
Handle and process Letters of Credit, ensuring all documentation meets bank and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, banks).
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, incoterms, and trade compliance procedures.
Track inventory movement and support warehouse coordination as needed.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets through administrative and logistical assistance.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of prior experience in logistics (import/export coordination).
Familiar / with knowledge with shipping documents especially sea shipments
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
