Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager with daily reports, sales team KPIs, and follow-ups
Supervise and mentor the Customer Care team, ensuring high performance and accountability
Conduct regular training to improve service quality and build a customer-centric approach
Coordinate between sales and customer service teams for smooth day-to-day operations
Monitor customer feedback and help resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience leading a customer service or support team
Solid background in customer care, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude and hands-on approach
