The Role
Respond to customer calls requiring information on GAC services, e.g., pricing and product information. o Prepare and send quotes promptly in response to all customer and partner inquiries, e.g., rate inquiries, RFOs. o Maintain up-to-date cost and rate files, and electronic records of quotations made. o Enter correct customer booking information into GAC Sales and maintain a record (MS Excel) of all inquiries. o Maintain and update quality service manuals for the department. o Maintain the electronic information database 'GAC Sales' for prospects and current customers within the territory. o Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge. o Contribute to team effectiveness by participating in frequent company activities that promote the GAC Spirit. Collaborate actively. o Apply expertise beyond the requirements of the main role to propose, support, and manage the business according to best practices, leading to overall service enhancement. o Communicate openly and professionally, without fear of retribution, regarding process improvements and areas of concern. o Share ideas, provide feedback, discuss concerns across all areas of the business, and offer guidance where appropriate
Requirements
Graduate with a university degree. o Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license. o Possesses a high level of industry knowledge and strong confidence in communicating with and convincing clients. o Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. o Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly learn new software. o Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, including 1-2 years of experience in the UAE
