, a leading telecommunication company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
Coordinate sales-related activities between departments (HR, Finance, Operations).
Prepare and maintain sales reports, contracts, and proposals.
Respond to client inquiries via email or phone and provide accurate information.
Monitor sales performance and update internal databases (CRM).
Schedule meetings and assist in planning sales strategies.
Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Co-Ordinator or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
