Granitech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with an engineering background and proven experience in the building materials industry. The successful candidate will support the sales team, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure seamless customer service and order processing. This role bridges the technical knowledge of engineering with the dynamic nature of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and client presentations.
Coordinate customer orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
Liaise with the logistics, procurement, and finance teams to track inventory, order status, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools.
Organize and schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and internal sales reviews.
Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer complaints or escalations.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the building materials industry.
Strong understanding of construction materials, product applications, and project specifications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
