Sales Coordinator

About Us:
We are Dubai-based Real Estate agency dealing with short-term rentals ,property management and brokerage services. We are hiring a Sales or Marketing Personnel to join our team and grow with us.
Your Role:
1. Promote and market rental/sales properties
2. Generate leads and close deals
3. Coordinate property viewings and follow-ups
4. Handle client communication and documentation
5. Meet monthly targets and support company growth
Key Duties:
Initiate outbound calls to introduce our products and services
Build and nurture customer relationships
Identify client needs and recommend the right solutions
Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
We're Looking For:
Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be fluent in English
Knowledge of property portals like Dubizzle , Bayut (Preferred)
Language English, Hindi ,Malayalam
Nationality Any
Basic Salary -1500 + Attractive commission
Visa provided and Marketing and training support offered.
