Key Responsibilities:Sales Coordination (80%)
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and databases.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (production, finance) and external clients to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Track sales targets, prepare reports, and assist with sales performance analysis.
Handle client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Logistics Support (20%)
Assist with coordination of shipments, deliveries, and transport arrangements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and warehouse teams.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Prepare necessary shipping and customs documentation as required.
Support the team in resolving logistics or delivery issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination; experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong understanding and practical exposure to logistics processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
