Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer correspondence.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM or ERP systems.
Prepare and share sales reports and performance metrics with the team and management.
Handle client inquiries efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in organizing promotional activities, exhibitions, or events when required.
Monitor stock availability and delivery timelines to support the sales process.
Follow up with clients for pending payments and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 - 2 years
of relevant work experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Experience in the gifting industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
