SALES COORDINATOR

Job Title: HVAC Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The HVAC Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales reps, and the service/installation teams. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of HVAC systems or technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding HVAC products and services.

Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and job bids.

Coordinate scheduling of site visits, installations, and follow-ups.

Track and manage incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy across all sales platforms.

Liaise with internal departments (technicians, service, accounting) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to customer specifications.

Monitor and track inventory levels related to HVAC sales.

Assist in preparing reports, sales forecasts, and market analyses.

Follow up with customers post-installation for feedback, service needs, or potential upsell opportunities.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in HVAC, construction, or technical industries.

Familiarity with HVAC systems, components, and terminology.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills , CAD , MS ,

Knowledge of HVAC licensing and permit processes.

Experience working with contractors, vendors, or B2B sales.

Bilingual skills may be a plus depending on the market.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
