Sales Coordinator

to join our team and support our sales operations.

Location

: Sharjah Saif Zone

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.

Order Management:

Ensure seamless coordination between sales, planning, and production teams for timely order execution and delivery.

Payment Follow-ups:

Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.

Customer Communication:

Maintain strong relationships with customers, address their concerns, and provide updates on order status.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain sales records, update CRM/Excel sheets, and generate reports for management review.

Cross-functional Alignment:

Work closely with planning, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry).

Experience working on CRM tools

. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service orientation. Good analytical and reporting skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
