Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team activities, schedules, and client meetings.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM systems.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support marketing campaigns and sales events when needed.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in IT Industry is an advantage.
