Experience:
Minimum 2 years (preferably in the firefighting industry)
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain sales records and track project progress
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations
Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role
Background in
firefighting systems, fire alarm, or safety equipment
preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
