Office-based role with regular working hours
6-day work week (Sundays off)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, quotations, and client communications
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and order tracking systems
Handle email and phone inquiries from clients and internal teams
Assist in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documents
Follow up on deliveries, payments, and client requirements
Support general administrative tasks related to sales operations
Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, and logistics teams
Requirements:
Female candidates on
spouse visa or own visa (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and familiarity with basic CRM/data entry systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
