Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, assisting in the execution of sales strategies, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team in day-to-day operations, including order processing, tracking shipments, and preparing sales reports.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate sales activities with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Monitor sales targets and help the team track their performance against KPIs.
Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Generate periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role (agriculture or FMCG industry experience is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
