Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Assist the sales and client relationship teams with documentation and proposal preparation
Coordinate with clients for meetings, updates, and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM databases and sales trackers
Generate regular sales reports and performance summaries
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client requests and investment transactions
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies, schedules, and general administrative duties
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data confidentiality
Coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and event logistics as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a coordination or admin role, preferably in finance or investment services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
