Sales Coordinator with previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or water industry, is preferred. Supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities and managing customer inquiries. Utilizing SAP software to enter and maintain customer data, sales orders, and inventory information. Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence. Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets. Required Skills Proficiency in SAP software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles. Communication skills, planning, organizing, and time management. Valid UAE driving license is a plus. Additional Requirements Team player, well-groomed, customer-oriented, integrity and respect for customers' policy and procedures. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration or related field.
