Role Overview

Seeking a professional, highly motivated, and initiative-driven individual for the role of Sales Coordinator for Emirates for Universal Tyres in Dubai. In this onsite position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling calls, coordinating with salespersons, and ensuring timely responses to customer emails, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our sales operations.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and coordinate promotional calls, ensuring timely responses to customers' emails. Strengthen relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Provide essential support to the sales team to help achieve targets, including processing orders, creating quotations, and managing inventory. Identify and escalate any deep-seated issues to supervisors when necessary. Maintain daily stock availability to ensure the smooth execution of daily orders. Document call information, complete call logs, and generate reports using Google Sheets. Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to customers. Engage with potential customers to generate interest in our services or products. Build and maintain customer loyalty by following up on previous interactions. Manage CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date customer data and sales activities in Dynamics 365. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, mailing, and correspondence. Ensure feedback loop from customers to enhance services continually.

Requirements for the Role

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proficient in data entry, Excel, and CRM software. Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong ability to handle stressful situations appropriately and maintain professionalism. Commercial acumen with a creative mindset. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
