Bachelor degree in any discipline.
2-3 years related business experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP & Tally.
Driving license is must.
Languages: Hindi, English, Arabic and any other language (Sindhi) will be an advantage
Age Group 22-40yrs
Knowledge of FMCG products
High ability to handle multiple priorities without losing details
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Self-motivated and ownership of position
Ability to work under time pressures
Willing to take on department tasks as needed
KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
Prepare quotation and Performa invoice and provide all relevant information required by customer.
Actively work to ensure orders are advancing including obtaining price.
Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, customers and internal parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties.
Initiate timely invoicing and work closely with accounting department to ensure billing accuracy.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
