Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate sales activities and follow up on customer inquiries.
Act as a liaison between sales representatives and other departments.
Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts accurately.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and agreements.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Monitor sales targets and provide insights for improvement.
Assist in creating sales presentations and market research reports.
Maintain inventory of sales materials, brochures, and promotional items.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot, VLOOKUP).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
