Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Maintain and update customer and sales records
Order & Customer Management
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client visits
Support promotional activities and campaigns
Data & Reporting
Track sales performance and KPIs
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports
Maintain CRM systems and databases
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure contracts, pricing, and approvals are properly documented
Follow company policies and sales procedures
