to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative support for the sales team
Prepare, process, and manage quotations, invoices, and related documentation
Coordinate purchasing activities and liaise with vendors for order processing
Manage vendor relationships and follow up on deliveries and commitments
Provide regular order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Conduct customer calls for follow-ups, coordination, and relationship management
Track sales pipeline activities and ensure timely follow-ups
Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with the accounts team
Maintain accurate records of sales, accounts, and documentation
Support basic accounting and reporting tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, accounts, and vendors
Experience in invoicing, purchasing, and payment follow-ups is preferred
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
