Sales Coordinator

Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the ceramic / tile manufacturing industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare quotations and sales orders using Company format / ERP system. Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch departments for ceramic tile orders. Maintain and update quotation and sales order tracking (daily, weekly, monthly). Handle client inquiries and ensure all sales documents are complete and accurate. Monitor emails and sales correspondence to avoid miscommunication. Prepare basic sales reports for management review. Manage walk-in customers and coordinate with available Sales Executives. Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in ceramic or building materials industry preferred 3-5 years experience in Sales Coordination Good English communication skills Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
