We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to join our team inQatar
. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in acontracting or construction company
, supporting sales operations, coordinating between departments, and managing client communication. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth workflow between the sales, estimation, and project teams.Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in
preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation
. Coordinate withestimation, procurement, and project departments
for pricing, material, and technical submissions. Manageclient inquiries, follow-ups, and correspondence
in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and updatesales records, project tracking sheets, and CRM databases
. Prepare and organizetender documents, prequalification files, and company profiles
as required. Schedulemeetings, presentations, and site visits
for the sales team and management. Prepareweekly and monthly sales reports
, tracking ongoing and prospective projects. Assist withmarketing and promotional activities
when needed. Ensure smooth coordination and communication between clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
. Minimum2-4 years of experience
as aSales Coordinator
in aContracting / Construction company
inQatar
. Strong understanding ofconstruction project documentation, tendering, and client coordination
. Proficient inMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
; knowledge ofERP or CRM systems
is an advantage. Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
. Ability towork under pressure
, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Fluent in English
; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.Qatar Driving License
preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
