We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our sales team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers, Qatar. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, coordinating group arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and various departments.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, and operations
Handle incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently, using proper telephone etiquette
Coordinate all group arrangements and facilitate program planning with clients
Communicate group needs and specifications to relevant departments
Maintain accurate client records and profiles
Organize and conduct regular client visits according to predetermined plans
Prepare monthly schedules and reports detailing sales activities and customer call analyses
Monitor and report on competitor activities, including pricing and services offered
Assist in identifying prospective customers through analysis of historical and statistical information
Support the sales team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Fluency in English;
