Job Description
We are looking a
Sales Coordinator - BIM Project
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal BIM teams, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to execution.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales managers, clients, and the BIM project team to ensure smooth project onboarding. Prepare and manage proposals, bids, quotations, and contracts for BIM-related services. Track and manage leads, client communications, and CRM updates. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term relationships. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demos. Liaise between the sales and technical BIM teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements. Assist in market research and competitor analysis related to BIM services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, tools, and services. Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and project tracking documentation.
