Your role will be including but not limited to:
  • Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and coordinating sales activities
  • Prepare and customize proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales progress
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and client function Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Ideally, you\'ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we\'re looking for:
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
