Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills, along with experience in preparing quotations, handling client communication, and maintaining sales records.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales activities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and reports.
Support the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance to ensure high satisfaction.
Track orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth completion of sales transactions.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and documentation for client meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the UAE.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
