Supports the sales team in daily operations, acting as a key link between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role ensures smooth workflow from customer inquiry to delivery and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide accurate information about products or services.
Sales Documentation & Order Support
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, confirmations, and related paperwork. Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Coordination & Follow-Up
Work closely with sales executives, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Reporting & Data Maintenance
Maintain organized records of sales activities, update CRM or sales systems, and prepare regular reports for management.
Administrative Support
Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling routine admin tasks.
Customer Relationship Support
Track customer interactions and follow up where needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma minimum; Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Typically 1-3 years in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service -- more for senior roles.
Technical Skills:
Good command of
MS Office
(Excel/Word), familiarity with Zoho Book.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English -- Arabic is often a plus.
Organisation:
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
