Strong communication skills (English required;

Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending payments
Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer details, and order status
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing
Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally
Support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Assist in organizing client meetings, product samples, and follow-ups
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
