Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and schedules
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals
Maintain smooth communication between the sales team, internal departments, and clients
Handle follow-ups, inquiries, and client correspondence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
