Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and customer-centric execution. Now, we're looking for a Sales Coordinator to energize our B2B sales efforts and help us scale.
Role Overview
As Sales Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our sales operations--driving lead follow-up, managing CRM entries, coordinating with production and marketing and ensuring smooth client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and follow-ups with B2B clients
Maintain and update CRM with leads, progress and feedback
Prepare quotations, catalogues and promotional materials
Liaise with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery
Support campaign launches and WhatsApp broadcasts
Track KPIs and assist in preparing sales dashboards
Who we're Looking For
2+ years experience in sales coordination or client servicing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and Excel
Energetic, proactive and detail-oriented
Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)
